Welcome to RISE Thirty Fourth, Let’s get you moved in!

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to live at our community. In this guide, you will find everything you need to get settled into your new place.

Before Your Move-In Day

To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid your first installment and the Resident Shield fee.

Please pay before 8/1/2024.

Your first installment must be paid in full prior to move-in before you can receive your apartment keys.

Paying online is quick and easy!

  • You can make your payments via the Resident Portal 
  • Via the Resident Portal select “Need to Sign Up?”
  • Select “Make a Payment”
  • Add your account
  • Pay
  • An instructional email would have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please contact our team.
  1. Online with a debit or credit card: Resident Login
  2. E-check (checking or savings account)

Resident Shield takes the place of a traditional security deposit and is non-refundable. Resident Shield is required upon lease signing or lease renewal.

What To Bring

One of the greatest things about living at RISE Thirty Fourth is its appliance packages. Here is a list of what is included in your apartment and suggestions for essentials you may want to bring with you.

Two Bedroom and Two Bathrooms apartments come furnished so you can make the space your own. Personal items such as linens, cookware, dishes, garbage bins, etc. are not provided. 

Parking

There is free surface parking and private garages for $125/mo.

Maintenance

To submit a regular maintenance request you can go online to your resident portal.

Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.

Utilities

Your utilities are included with the exception of electricity and Wi-Fi internet access.

High-Speed Internet

High-Speed Internet costs $50/month.

Electric

Electric is billed back automatically each month by Conservice, a third-party utility billing company. After move in, you will begin receiving bills via mail. Once you receive your first bill you will have the option to register and pay online.
